The room was spacious for a city hotel. i enjoyed the balcony. It offered a great view of the surroundings. the location is convenient, with many stores and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
the area was a bit noisy, making it difficult to sleep without earplugs.

solid location and great service
early arrival room upgrade very nice views
my flight arrived earlier. jimmy at the front desk accommodated my early arrival. he even upgraded my room. the room was stylish, super clean, and had very nice views of the lower east side.
the techno night club on the 7th floor played music very loud. the music started early and continued until 3 a.m. it shook the ceiling and walls.

The front desk staff was quick. Check-in was easy. The bed was comfortable. I got great sleep. The shower was amazing.
I could hear people in other rooms. The sound insulation is bad. I realise that is a busy place.

a sweet haven
spacious room amazing shower great views friendly staff
the room was really spacious. the shower was just amazing. i liked the views from my window. staff were great, they always greet me with a smile.
the walls seem a little thin. i could hear some noise from the hallway, especially in the morning.

the fitness center includes three treadmills. it also has two stationary bikes. a variety of weight-training machines are available. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section, a wonderful retreat.
